We stayed in a triple family room with three queen beds, so it was super spacious and comfortable for all of us. Overall, everything looked clean at first, but once we started noticing the little details, it didn’t feel like a deep clean had been done. For example, there was hair on the shower walls before any of us even used it, and the tub needed a quick rinse before showering.
That being said, the staff was amazing!! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. The location is also a huge plus it’s right across from a plaza with food, coffee, and even a really good taco stand at night.
Despite the small cleaning issues, I’d definitely stay here again!

I was told by the property that I will receive a refund for my one night stay.
I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head.
It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund.

Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. Parking/valet is poorly designed (constantly jammed up and car wait time is 10+ min), bathroom infrastructure is terrible, water runs hot and cold with no warning, TVs are not smart TVs so even though we were there, as many other guests were, for the Indian Wells Tournament, we couldn't watch the matches at the hotel, gym is woefully inadequate and small, and pool staff are poorly trained. Our food order took 40 min while other guests who ordered their food after us got served. We cancelled the order but the bill read "comped" food, how deceptive! Really wanted to like this place but won't be staying here again.

Fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. We found the area to be quite safe contrary to some of the negative online reviews. Hotel allowed us to explore more of the Hollywood walk than we would do otherwise. Tour buses depart from walking distance, making everything really easy with young kids
